  1. The story started with Hind’s passion for various arts, primarily drawing for she went deeply in its techniques while she was studying in France.
Then, when she came back to Lebanon, many ideas popped into her brain, so she tended to create a product inspired form the Lebanese heritage and that represents a part of its culture. After she sought out the help of books, references and pictures of ancient Lebanese rigs, her ideas became clearer and she started step by step until it took a private and creative aspect. Hence, she drew in mind the picture of the princess and her ancient hat and the farmer with his pad to revive a period of Lebanese history through faces and masks. Consequently, people appreciated her idea, especially immigrants, who are looking to preserve everything that reminds them of Lebanese glory and culture. She decided to launch Maskinda’s name and enlarge the scale of production that depends on absolute handmade work in all stages of this fabrication. Maskinda turned to be known in all Lebanese regions, and it is the best gift for people and the favourite souvenir for all immigrants.
